I’m having an issue where I watched a show when all the episodes dropped on streaming. But the episodes were then released on actual TV weekly. I was using Trakt V2 and marked the episodes as I watched them before they aired on actual TV.
On the V3 web version and also the Android app the show is now still appearing in my continue watching even though I’ve watched all of it. When I open the episode the app/website acknowledges that I have seen it - it’s marked as watched.
I assume it has something to do with how V3 doesn’t let users mark things as watched prior to the air date, but this is insanely frustrating. I have no way to get it off my continue watching without watching it again or dropping the show.
Also, I’m finding that items I’ve hidden from the calendar in Trakt V2 are now appearing on V3, and there seems to be no way to fix this. Is this correct?
Hi,
If you mark the last episode of the season of that show again, and remove the play, is that show removed from your “Continue Watching” section?
As for hidden items showing up in the calendar, you need to drop those items, as we no longer support the “hide” feature. You should be able to do that here: Hidden Items
With the calendar, will there be a way to filter out unwatched shows that are just in my watchlist? That’s my issue here. There are many shows/animes in my watchlist that I haven’t even started but are on high numbered episodes and cluttering up my calendar. I liked being able to hide these from my calendar so that I saw returning shows and movie premieres rather than a bunch of older shows I haven’t even started.
