When I click on the collected series from the home page I get the following error message, the list does not load, this does not happen to me with the movies and episodes, nor from the ‘collection’ section
Might be browser cache related (assuming no one else has this issue). Clear your cache and try again.
Maybe an app went rogue and added a lot to your collection locking you out of that page basically?
I suggest contacting support if resetting browser data does not work.
Your profile is private, so I can’t check whether I can see it.
Resetting browser data doesn’t fix it, so I will contact the support team, anyway what I add to ‘collection’ keeps syncing, only that section seems to be broken
Edit; I just noticed that in the ‘collection’ section I get the same error, obviously the ‘collected series’ is simply a shortcut for the ‘collection’ section, what happens is that I had it to see only collected movies, but if I add a new series to the collection the count goes up, so the serie is synchronized, what happens is that I can’t see the list, this only happens on the web and only in series
