  • Unable to export my Trakt data. The export always fails at step 4/43 (user-stats).

  • Hi,

    I’m trying to export my Trakt account data, but the export consistently fails at step 4/43 while retrieving user-stats.

    The browser console shows repeated HTTP 404 (Not Found) errors for the user-stats endpoint, after which the export fails.

    My account works normally otherwise. I can log in, browse my profile, and access all my data without any issues.

    The export always stops at the same step, so I’m wondering if this could be a backend issue or something specific to the export service.

    Has anyone else experienced this, or could someone from the Trakt team take a look?

I hope this gets fixed soon. I’ve already tried exporting from multiple browsers and different devices, but I’m still getting the exact same error with no luck. Hopefully the developers can identify and resolve the issue soon.
