Failure to register an API

Hi, I’m developing a personal Android application using the official Trakt API.

I’m following the Getting Started documentation, but I can’t register a new OAuth application because every application registration link returns a 404 page. Could you please tell me the current way to create a Client ID and Client Secret for a personal application?
