This outage is to complete the transition for our main database. Last week we started moving to RDS and we will be finalizing that during this window. After completing this, there will be some degraded performance while the new database warms up.

Is this still ongoing? It was working for a short while, but now I’m receiving multiple Server Error (500) on various pages. I can’t access the dashboard or any page of my profile except for the settings page (I’ve tried multiple browsers and even resetting my browser data).

I only ask because I haven’t seen anyone else mention it.

oof lmfao, I honestly didn’t catch that it said the 11th even though I looked at the title several times >…< now I’m just wondering if I’m the only one getting the 500 server error or not as I still have seen no mention of it by anyone else even though it’s still an ongoing issue for me.

i can only recommend the usual browser cache and cookies clear out to see if that fixes any issues

I’ve already done all that plus have tried other browsers and even tried on my phone, all of them produce a 500 server error, heck even if I go into incognito on firefox or chrome and go to my profile without signing in it instantly produces a 500 server error as well.

I’m thinking my profile is broken and I’ll need @justin or one of the other devs to fix my profile :confused:

Yea I shot them an email a tiny bit ago, hopefully they will get back to me quickly otherwise I’ll DM a couple people who have the customer support tag or something.

The email automatically creates a dm with support. Have a bit of patience. Time zones and working hours and all.

Yea I realized that after I sent a DM and looked at my sent messages that there was two different DM’s with support. So far sadly 14 hours without a single response even though several staff/support team members has been on multiple times throughout those 14 hours and still running into the same server error 500.

Not every staff might be technical staff though.

They work strictly business work hours in their time zone. Most I think work US time zones. So you won’t hear back from them until Monday at the earliest.

I didn’t even notice the downtime, it happened between two of my logs :joy:
(just in case they disappear tomorrow)

It’s not working on my Android phone, but it is working on my iOS phone. Is this a problem from today’s update, or is there a problem?

There was something wrong with my phone after the last update, I realized that there were other applications that had problems, I factory reset the phone and everything worked fine again, thanks for the answer.

Everything is back up and operational. If you’re having an issue, open a support ticket so we can get some more details on what’s going on.
