Despite asking for a data refresh, the Trakt app is not importing the new season.
I guessed one issue might be a missing IMDB ID on the TMDB entry, however TMDB says it cannot add one to this entry as IMDB has the two versions of Great British Bake Off (2010 & 2017) listed as one show, whereas Trakt and TMDB have split it. The earlier version on TMDB (2010) is using the IMDB ID so TMDB cannot add it to the later version (2017).
Season 16 exists so at some point a data refresh into Trakt must have been possible? Any ideas?
Yes, everything is listed correctly on TMDB (compared to previous seasons) but trakt is simply not updating the Season 10 (Series 17) episodes.
It’s been more than 3 days since I’ve checked that TMDB is up to date so, there’s been more than enough time for trakt to update. Hopefully someone sees this that can figure out what’s going on.

No need for external IDs in this specific case.
This show is allowed since it has a reason for not having the external IDs, it is because of TMDB’s rules.
It should be unblocked to refresh now.
