How can I export my data from one Trakt account and then import them to another new Trakt account?

I tried exporting my data to json files but I couldn’t import them to the new account

I don’t think it’s meant for importing into another account. Why not just change the username if you want a new account?

But the import data function does mention json so it should work? Maybe check wether the export json and import json have the same format (click the guidelines button in import)

I got json files from export and the import accepts json but I always get this error or something similar

error (undefined method `empty?' for nil)

I will try to format the json before importing

You would be much better off asking @support or sending an email to support@trakt.com for help with this. They have the ability to see what’s going on under the hood (what’s causing the issue).
