(How) Can I find all shows that I watched that are Ended/Canceled?

You can use the shows page for that and save the filter.
For example: Popular TV shows - Trakt + the advanced filter for canceled or ended shows.

If you use that link with the filter:

It will show all shows you have started that are canceled.
