You can actually check why each item is being recommended to you, tapping at the 3 dots and checking “Why This?”:
What if I don’t have any interest in that item?
In that case, you can hide that recommendation and we won’t recommend it again for you:
What if I want to find similar shows or movies to a specific title?
You can find similar titles to Shows and Movies at their pages, in the “Related” section:
