How do I cancel a list thumbs up?

I gave a thumbs up to a list and now I see it in Syncler. I’ve decided that it isn’t for me but can’t figure out how to cancel it so I don’t see it in Syncler. How do I do that?

In fact I’m struggling with a lot of things in Trakt. Is there a place I can go that will help me figure how to get around?

If you click the thumbs up again it should remove it for you.
