Im trying to look for an easy way to make a radarr friendly list of my full plex library so if anything happens i can easely get everything back. It seems its not a piece of cake and can only be done with a python script…
Which makes me wonder why trakt doesnt have this feature? Why cant we make lists with trakt without mdblist or listrr?
How do other plex users backup their collection without an actual file backup? Which is what i want untill i have my new server with drive parity.
We don’t have a way to copy items from you collection into a personal list. This isn’t a common request I’ve seen. On the Trakt website, you can export your collection to a CSV file. Or the Trakt API can be used to dump the collection as JSON.
In the future, I want to create an auto backup feature where it can dump all your data to Dropbox in JSON format. It would run on a scheduled interval.
