How do I re-authenticate trakt in KODI

I get a message in Kodi asking to activate @trakt.tv/activate with a provided code but when i go to the site and sing in i do not see anything to enter the code given on Kodi site and when i an already signed in it asks to sign in it is confusing please advise
Is this trakt for kodi or an addon with built in scrobbling?
None are maintained by Trakt and the developer(s) need to address it.
