How do I request that you add a series that isn't in the app?

  • The series I would like to see added is Drama (2020), it is a Spanish/Catalan series.

they want you to report it like you’ve done, if you’re able to provide a link to the show or movie on TMDB that would be ideal

If you provide the TMDB and IMDB links, it will help track it down to determine what’s going on. It must be in TMDB and must have an external ID set for import to be possible.

Ok. Here’s the TMDB link and I found the issue. The English translated name and summary were missing. I added them just now. I believe it can take up to 24 hours for the system on TMDB to sync before it can import into Trakt. I’ve seen information that things will import automatically but I don’t know if that applies to everything.

@otakunet21 could you please confirm the details on importing. Thanks.

just to respond, you’re right. it takes up to 24 hours for changes to make their way over here because trakt has to wait for the tmdb api to pick up changes made on their site before the imports will see them
