How long does it take to receive export data email?

I requested an export of my data 5 hours ago and still have not received anything. I only have around 100 movies/shows so I don’t think it should take this long to export.

PS. I have checked my junkbox

I am tracking down a bug that is affecting email delivery for some folks. Hoping to have a fix out by tomorrow.

I just pushed a potential fix for this, please try the data export tomorrow and let me know if it works ok.

I too was not receiving the email of my data export. I just tried it again, however, and received the email so it looks like it’s fixed!

Thanks for confirming. I had a few others in support also confirm they received the email correctly.

Given the phenomenal amount of time put into keeping my status an accurate reflection of my viewing history…I want a back up or export

Export is available (v3) under settings - data. (I haven’t tested it tho)

My eyes are old, but I can’t see it…

I don’t recognize that screen. Android app maybe? You need to be in your v3 web profile.
