How to add a new show using the V3 interface? This is not very user friendly…

There is no way to add a new show at V3. Pages are automatically imported if they have the correct IDs.
May I ask what page are you trying to import?

That show didn’t import yet because it didn’t have an IMDB ID or a TVDB ID at TMDB. I’ve added the IDs and the page should import normally in a few hours.
