How to make someone unfollow me?

i have told my friend my trakt account and he follows me now, is there is a way to make him unfollow me and see my history ? or can i even block him, i just dont want him to know what i am watching all the time ? thanks

PS: i did set my account to private but he still know my history how ? is it because he already followed me ?

Don’t know the website solution, but the real solution is just asking him.

Say you’d like him to unfollow you on this website specifically and explain your reason… even if unreasonable, you’ll know if he’s an actual friend or not.

I imagine blocking him would serve same purpose.

More on that, my profile is public, and hyou know if someone from my work finds out that the profile is me and they see my history that i scroble shows from home whan i’m working it will be fun!!!

If you block the user, it will remove the following.
You can do that in the user’s page(on web, just hover over the “Follows you”):

I need to block a user. He keeps thumbing down my comments so I don’t want him to see them. I can’t work out how to do that on the website or the app. Can anybody help with step by step how to block him? There seems no way to do it when I try. From his page there is just Follow (no) or share (no). I don’t want any more email-notifications of his thumbs-down. Thanks for any help.
