Why can’t I see VIP movies or anything VIP on Media Box?
Eh, Trakt is not a site where you can watch movies. Trakt only provides links (via JustWatch) where you can stream, buy or rent content. See:

However, we make it easy to find where to watch TV & movies on hundreds of streaming services like Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and iTunes in 46 countries. Most media centers will also have streaming plugins that will scrobble what you’re watching to Trakt. However, these are configured in your media center, and not on Trakt. Please reach out to the plugin developers directly if you have any questions about them.

I found an app named MediaBox, they have a VIP membership.
Did you perhaps confuse Trakt VIP with MediaBox VIP?

That sounds like exactly what this person has done. I have VIP for both Trakt and MediaBox. The confusion may have arisen from the fact that MediaBox has an in-app option to connect with your Trakt account.
But yeah, @fredmat, this is an entirely different service from MediaBox.
