You probably need to report to that app’s developer. That’s not linked to trakt other than that app pulling it from trakt.

I don’t work at Trakt. This is a public forum filled with Trakt users like yourself. There are also Trakt staff on here too. Maybe they can give you some insight, but most of the time the 3rd party app (TVST in this instance is a 3rd party app for Trakt) issues usually is related to the 3rd party app developer that needs to fix something on their end. But i’ll let Trakt staff respond otherwise.

Sorry for the confusion, I am Jonathan, developer of this app.
Thanks for reaching out and reporting the issue.
The current version of TV Show Tracker on iOS is affected by a bug that prevents images from displaying. Fortunately, the rest of the app remains fully functional.
This issue is due to recent changes in the iOS platform. I’m actively investigating and working on a long-term fix.
That said, a major update in my development tools is also forcing me to rebuild a significant part of the app. It’s a big job — probably over 100 hours of work — and I currently don’t have a Mac of my own, so I’m borrowing my wife’s laptop (she’s very generous, but it’s not ideal for development speed).
I’m working on it during my limited free time, and I want to reassure you: I’m absolutely not abandoning the app, and I even plan to add new features in the future.
