Import data seems to be broken

  • Can not import data

  • This is what I get after clicking “import data”. Tried in Chrome and Firefox, same thing.

  • Maybe it has to do with the V3 update? I’m a complete noob with trakt so I don’t really understand how it works, but I thought I was supposed to be able to import my data from other services? For me it is TV Time and after 2 weeks I finally got all the csv files, but now I can’t import them.

try clearing your browser cache. I’ve cleared mine about 20 minutes ago and it loads up

Hi and thanks for replying! I get to that screen, it’s when I click on the “IMPORT DATA” button that the “refused to connect” appears.

Tried clearing cache, no dice.

Some users reported this issue and we are working on a new importer for the new website. It should be released later this week.

Is there update on the new importer? its been about a week. trying to get a few friends to join but the json importer for tv shows seems to be failing (movies worked though apparently?). any alternatives you suggest?

Hi, using the link actually opens the window to upload the file into, but when I drop or navigate to my json file, nothing else happens:

The new importer can be found in the settings now.

The importer in settings does not work. I tried the link posted above, and it worked, but I only imported some of it, and now the link just goes to my account, so I can’t import the rest.
