After using Trakt for almost a year now, Just a few days ago I started getting the attached popup when trying to add a movie or tv show to “Collection” even though my account is still well below the limit. I currently only have 67 items in collection, 7 in watchlist and 30 total in my personal lists. I have already tried clearing the cache and data and uninstalled and reinstalled the Trakt app with no success. However FYI - adding to any list does work.
Unfortunately, my streaming app relies on “collection” to sync Trakt to it.
Any help and replies would be greatly appreciated…

double check your collection/library doesn’t actually have 1000 items in it. if the app you’re using relies on the collection/library then it may be filling that section when it should be using the watch history instead where the limit is 100k. @support can look into your profile for more assistance
Already checked and well below the limit - This issue stems from Trakt - popup occurs while in Trakt app when trying to add anything “only” to collection. ie - If the “1000 Limit” was hit, It would Not allow to add to watchlist also - but it does. Hense a Glitch…
Trakt Team needs to review my acct. profile and help fix the issue!!!
