I do this for movies I have watched before I started using Trakt: I mark them as watched on the day I was born. For shows or episodes, I do the same, but I use my 1st birthday date
That still makes the “All Time Stats” wrong, but it has no ill effect on the stats in “Year in Review”.
Maybe you can do the same or something similar.
