Thanks. For Convocadas, the IMDB ID was missing and I added it. Give it up to 24hrs to import.
For Voepass, it has everything already. The English page (not translations) didn’t exist and it got created when I looked. Not sure of that’s what held it up. If Convacadas is imported but this isn’t, report back. Thanks.
It’s worrying that the shows can be lost though from the interface though.
I can understand there maybe differences in the data sources, but it reduces confidence in what Trakt has recorded.
I’m assuming the history still stays with my account though if the series doesn’t exist on TMDB?
It’s affected me as well with several shows, especially where TMDB splits it up but IMDB or TVDB does not. As for history, yes it remains (does for me).
TMDB is free to sign up and will let you create. They got on me for creating pages that are for foreign shows (default English/US) so if I create it, they will probably take it down for that reason. It only requires a single season and episode to create it which will allow Trakt to see it again. Problem is there is only a manual method on TMDB so there’s a bunch of work to get it all set up.
I don’t know if an exception can be made or if trakt will still require TMDB. I would say create the TMDB side and if they delete it (you’ll get a message about it) then you can report it (more likely to get help under those circumstances).
Give it up to 24 hours and search. If it doesn’t show by the name, try the TMDB number (in url). If it’s back then it should be good. I’d still keep an eye on TMDB for the next 48hrs before trying to add more. Last thing you want is to spend all the time on it an have them delete it.
Hi,
Shows need at least one external ID added at TMDB before being imported here. That page didn’t have any. I’ve just added the TVDB ID to it at TMDB, so the page should import in up to 24 hours.
