Hi,
Since the IMDB ID was added today, it can take up to 24 hours for it to show up on TMDB’s API. That movie should import normally in a few hours.
Let me know if it doesn’t work after that time has passed!

It seems this new type of importing movie it’s not always working.
First of all it also seems that trakt has a script which remove automatically the movies which not have the imdb Id, because of in my list of italian documentary suddenly disappear about a dozen of entries, and they disappear on trakt also.
Second one just for this entries, I went on TMDB, I completed them with imdb ID on Friday. I waited for 24 hours, but Trakt doesn’t import them yesterday.
I tried again this morning but still Trakt doesn’t import them.
So I wouldn’t put solved on this thread….. it’s far from resolved.
Some examples:
Sometimes complicating things doesn’t bring benefits with unnecessary checks that are just a waste of time, on the contrary it just makes you angry.
I don’t know, it’s the only explanation I can think of, because the documentary in question is still there, while all the previous ones that didn’t have an IMDB ID have been removed. Coincidence? I certainly didn’t do it.
Yesterday I spent at least 45 minutes inserting the missing IDs and creating the non-existent titles on IMDB (and it’s also frustrating to create them on that site), but this morning they still won’t import into Trakt.
I guess I have a little right to be angry, considering the prices have gone up and I’ve been a VIP member for a long time?
after you put the IDs in for the entries on TMDB then you need to import them into trakt but you need to wait 24 hours first i think. i’m not sure if they will auto import just because the IDs have been added
I put the id’s Friday, but the movies still didn’t import.
import it manually then now that its been long enough. if that doesn’t bring it in then it might be, or have been, tagged as adult
I don’t really think this could be the reason. Maybe trakt has a wrong tag, taken where? On TMDB the only tag is “Documentary“. I check again, there’s no tag “adult“. This is an example (one of those that doesn’t import anymore, there was and now magically disappear, after the insert of IMDB id)

Hey @Sonply , I’m not the OP, but I found this thread because I’m running into the same issue. Here’s a movie in TMDB that hasn’t been imported, even though I added the IMDb id 2 days ago:
I checked, and it’s never been classified as adult.

The dream still doesn’t have the IMDB ID added at TMDB, so I couldn’t unhide it from our system.
As for the page not updating the images, I’ll take a look at it.
