New Trakt user lists

I’ve been using trakt for years but trying to help a friend get started. They created a list that includes all the shows they watch and marked them watched through their stopping point. None of. Them are showing up in their progress.

I can’t remember if I needed to watch one through trakt before it can show up on progress? I think I may have had to do that.

Is my thought correct? Thanks!

Marking them watched on Trakt will get them showing on the progress. I’d recommend having them open a support ticket so we can look at the account data specifically.
