I have had a few old episodes that have appeared on my Continue Watching, now it is up to 135!
What are Trakt doing that is making this happen?
This issue has happened at least twice over the last few month to my knowledge.
Each instance was only just the odd episode reappearing in Continue Watching and were dealt with individually.
Sounds like your issue is much worse.
