Is there a way to fix this problem: I have many shows that ended years ago that have a status of “returning show”, so it sits in my current shows instead of moving to my ended section. I use one of the apps that integrate with trakt, but I dont think the problem is with the app, but the status.

The status comes from TVDB and TMDB, so it might need to be updated in one or both of those places.
I checked a few and they are correct on those websites, but not here. If it helps, it seems to be dominantly from a specific channel - Lifetime.

If you click the “refresh data” button in the left sidebar, it should queue up the show for an update and sync the latest data from TMDB and TVDB. I did that on “Abby’s Studio Rescue” and it now is Ended for the status.
