Hi Trakt team,
I’m having an issue with the Trakt Plex Sync feature incorrectly recording the watch dates for multiple episodes.
I recently watched all of Season 1 of Black Summer on Plex and started Season 2 a couple of days ago. I noticed that none of these episodes were appearing in my recent Trakt watch history, so I searched for Black Summer on Trakt to see if they had been marked as watched.
The episodes are marked as watched, but the watch dates are incorrect. This appears to have affected all of the Season 1 episodes I watched as well as the beginning of Season 2.
For example, I watched Season 2, Episode 1 on Plex just a couple of days ago, but Trakt shows it as watched on December 31, 1969. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the watch history for that episode.
It appears that Plex Sync is successfully registering the episodes as watched, but the watch dates/times are being recorded incorrectly. This also seems to explain why the episodes aren’t appearing in my recent watch history.
Could you please investigate whether there may be an issue with how Plex Sync is recording watched timestamps?
