I contacted support yesterday to inquire about this, but still have not received a response.
The progress page is my portal to Trakt. The tab is pinned in my browser and where I update everything I’ve watched.
They doubled the price for VIP, yet the experience is worse and support seems to be non existent. This isn’t a minor issue and even if they don’t have a fix, they should acknowledge it with a response to the support request and here in the forums. When will people learn that just ignoring your customers isn’t a great strategy for continued success.
I see a commonality in the last two posts. It may not be relevant but is everyone with this problem trying to access that page directly (through a browser bookmark) or are some getting the error through normal workflow?
I’m receiving it by going directly to Trakt Web: Home, not through a bookmark. The Up Next progress just spins and spins and when I click on Progress to go to the whole list, I receive the 500 error.
Mine’s back up but I’ve absolutely lost faith in the Trakt team. I’ve still not had a response to my support request and there has also been no community response as far as I can see. The absurd price increase has actually bought us more grief and apparently a leadership that does not appear to be accountable to its’ customers any longer.

Try logging and back in. When I refreshed my progress page I had to log back in and it was working. Clear all cache and cookies as well if that doesn’t work.
Tried clearing cookies, cache, history, still get no up-next. I have a large history, but surely this shouldn’t matter, by definition it is tracking watched history and should be able to handle large data.
