Refreshing shows not working?

Hi,
New shows do import most times, it’s just that it takes a while for them to index, so you won’t find them immediatelly. Searching using the IMDB ID or the TMDB ID should return you the show or movie missing, and if that doesn’t happen, please contact us.
Asking for a refresh, does refresh the item, the one you reported seems to be bugged for some reason and I’ll ask internally about it.
I’ll also check on the fact that it is saying you already reported the item.

Sorry for my ignorance but how do you search using imdb or tmdb id?

I tried earlier and after putting the id in the search it just sat there and did nothing.

Just add the ID in the search:

If you still cannot find the page using that, then you can report to us and we’ll check if the page is in the system and send you the link to it, if it is.

I also added 2 movies and waited 48 hours for it to appear on the app
I still use the IMDb id to look it up on Trakt when I type in the name I can’t find it
So I guess you need to wait and use the ID instead of the name of the show/movie

Tried it with the IMDb ID just now and this time it worked :+1:
