Scrobbler not syncing [Netflix]

Hi,

I’ve enabled sync for Netflix and Prime Video, but my watch history hasn’t updated. Although the status shows “Last Synced on 6th October,” the actual history hasn’t refreshed since 30th September. What seems to be the problem?

I am having exact the same issue with all connected streaming services. My last sync was on 17/9.
The automated scrobbling was the reason I have subscribed to the VIP tier.
I live in Belgium (Europe) and a while ago I saw a post that about the difference between US and Europe show id’s for the tracked services but neither of my subscribed services is showing watched updates.
I have a subscription for Prime, Netflix, AppleTV+ and HBO Max. I would suspect that at least 1 of those service would report my watch progress.

I’ve recently started experiencing this problem as well. It was working perfectly for about four weeks with a reliable daily sync. However, over the past 10 days, the sync has become inconsistent. It shows “last sync: today,” but for example, some shows from yesterday are missing. This happened two days ago as well, but then, after a few more hours, the history suddenly updated. It seems to occur randomly.

The logs indicate that the sync is confirmed, and even a manual sync doesn’t produce any errors. I’m using Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Apple TV+, and the behavior described above applies to all of them.

I’d recommend sending a direct message to support including a few specific examples of items that haven’t synced and the services they were watched on so we can look into your account(s) specifically.

In the last week, it was working fine again without changing anything on my side. If the problem occurs again, I will provide detailed information to the support. Thank you.
