First result for the anime 404s
It is pornographic per its MAL page
But it does have an all ages broadcast version so I think it should be allowed.
I’ve unmarked it as ‘Adult’ on TMDB, since it does have a censured version being broadcasted. I’ll unhide this on Trakt in a few hours, once I’m sure it won’t be hidden again.
As for why a hidden page showed up on seach, the developers will take a look into it.
