Website works for me now but the app has been broken for a few days now.

May I ask what is the error that the app is showing for you? Can you please send a screenshot?

iOS app doesn’t show error codes like android does. Was working until it didn’t. No changes on my end (unless there was an app update).

Can you try to log out, then login again and see if the issue continues to happen?

Sorry for not getting back sooner. I had to clear cache and log out and it started working again.
