The show Collector’s Quest is not updating on trakt. Latest episode is missing while the episode has been added a week ago on tmdb. Is it possible to refresh it or something please?

the show was missing the tvdb id so i’ve added it. i also triggered a refresh on the old trakt site so it should update in a few hours up to 24 hours. the dates on tvdb don’t match tmdb so there might be an isssue with that as well
Thank you but I’m so confused. Few month ago, I’ve updated TMDB for that show and requested via the old trakt site to migrate to TMDB because it was more up to date compare to TVDB.
TVDB is missing the last two episodes of season 4 and the date are messed up.
I’m also confused because I thought the objective of trakt was to use TMDB instead of TVDB, did that change?
Trak implemented a requirement for the TVDB ID or IMDB ID (at least one) exist on the TMDB entry to help them prevent duplicates. That’s why it had to be added.
For me (and others) it’s a problem because TMDB has some funkiness with how they present shows and TVDB and IMDB present it differently. That means shows are missing for me.
yeah they moved from tvdb to tmdb because the former started charging for their api use. however some shows still use tvdb as the data source, Sonply can tell us which source any show is using. and like RoiDesRois said trakt now requires that the tvdb or imdb ids be added to any show or movie to prevent duplicates or bad entries from being imported
