Title: Apple TV: Filter by Favorite Services won’t stay On (tvOS 27.0)

Short description of the issue

  • Bug: “Filter by Favorite Services in Shows/Movie tabs” can be turned On, but as soon as I leave Settings it is Off again. Does not persist at all.

Detailed description with additional context about the workflow

  • tvOS 27.0 / Trakt Apple TV app

  • VIP: yes · same account as iPhone · favorite streaming services visible in Settings on the Apple TV

    Favorites were set on iPhone and appear correctly on the Apple TV Trakt app. Account match and VIP confirmed. This is not the Apple TV (TV) app — it is the Trakt app on the Apple TV box.

    Repro:

    1. Open Trakt on Apple TV → Settings
    2. Turn “Filter by Favorite Services in Shows/Movie tabs” On
    3. Leave Settings
    4. Return to Settings → toggle is Off again

    Expected: preference stays On. Actual: snaps Off immediately on leaving Settings.

Also noticed that the “watchlist” doesnt sync to appletv instance of trakt. it syncs fine on both iphone instance and macbook through browser.
