There’s a couple behavioral issues so I’ll document separately below. The shows are not dropped. The issue is slightly different but may be related.
The Daily Show
I see the show in the schedule/calendar on my dashboard but it’s not in continue watching. Even expanding continue watching doesn’t have it there. To address I’m searching or clicking from calendar to get to the episode.
XMen 97/Avatar: The Last Airbender
These had new seasons and didn’t show up at all (not even in calendar). I noticed them outside of trakt, had to search and mark the first episode as watched before it showed up in continue watching.

As for X-Men 97 and Avatar: The Last Airbender it’s harder for me to find the issue.
I added them on a test account and they do show up in the calendar:
I removed it from history and it showed up in continue. Thank you.
For the other two, it’s more when new seasons for shows happen and it’s not consistent. I believe it’s happened before but it’s too long ago for me to remember what show it was. The Night Agent, for example, actually showed up in my continue watching but these two did not.
