I keep getting an error message saying
“Trakt rejected this sync because your account reached a Trakt limit. Remove some items from Trakt, then try again.”
I have checked my account and I am only using 127 out 5K of watchlist films and that it. Everything else is 0.
I have checked with the app that I want Trakt to sync too and they don’t have any limits and it isn’t their side.
Anything I can do?
Trakt changed the API and if the addon hasn’t updated then this could be the result. Other issue may be that the addon’s trakt database needs updating. That’s usually a deletion and forced sync to trakt.
Where exactly is this happening?
Thank you for the information! So it’s for another app called Cinephile and it was working fine and then as of today it just keeps preventing me from syncing it up.
so should I delete the app and reinstall?
Can’t speak to it but you can check the CinephileApp subreddit. I just googled what Cinephile was and noticed the dev speaking about API issues on that subreddit.
Appreciate the help! Spoke to someone before on Trakt and they were not helpful so I really appreciate it.
