premiers are back on the calendar for shows that are in your history or watchlist. i donāt remember when that change happened

but nobody cares about that. The problem and the stripped feature is very to the point. We need the old premieres and new shows for all shows NOT in our calendar. Those we know it is redounded

Re: V3, Iāve been unable to use my account since the migration due to my library being ātoo largeā ā I have all of this media and was using trakt toā¦ MANAGE IT. Iāve been back and forth with support for 19 days and the issue still hasnāt been fixed.
Trakt went from being the āIāll never go anywhere elseā platform to hitting ānew plex experienceā levels of product usability as product continues to develop. Thanks for the years, but no thanks for v3.

ok movies shows cannot be added manually in the library
can i remove a movie from the library somehow from the web? or i have to build a script with API again?

there doesnāt appear to be a way to remove items from the library on the web or in the native app. the API should still work or you can use another app that has the library function still available like rippple on ios
V3 History Page is really useless as is.
- Canāt filter it like I want.
- Canāt easily go to a certain date
- Canāt export my data like I used to. (Current export is still useless for my needs.)
History is the main page I use DAILYā¦ At least it used to be.
Now I have to use an app or another website to actually try to do what I want.
- Scrobbler is pulling my data, because Iām not personally capturing it here anymore, but at some point I am just to stop verifying even that.
Really need to go back to V2.

Since the days before google when I used AltaVista for searching on the world wide web, weāve been used to simple navigation where you get page numbers - 1ā¦2ā¦3ā¦4ā¦ etc. And so of course, V2 used that, with simple links. I used to use that combined with a manual ābinary searchā to guess which page number a given date was on, and select that number from the options available, andā¦ It. Just. Worked.
To take away basic navigation like that which we had without replacing it is baffling, and seems to be the actions of madness.

Been a VIP since 2020, recommended the site to others, but I canāt justify paying for what I am getting right now. This redesign is a major step back. Hopefully they will get it fixed, but I may not be here to see it.

For anyone that was tracking it was FINALLY resolved. I didnāt get anything out of the team though despite this downgrade in experience. Someone should take the starr api and build a better trakt with it. This entire process sucked.

At least once per day Trakt will fail to load for me on the web browser since the switch to V3. On V2 the site never failed to load for me but now itās a daily experience. Everything about V3 has been a downgrade, including the stability of the web site.

I must be dumb or blind, but i cant find my movies and ratings pageā¦
for your ratings you can find them on your profile page in the screenshot below. when you click the activity header it will take you to the larger page to see more.
for your movies if youāre talking about the library or movies you own itās also on the profile a little below the activity. you might need to toggle from plex to custom to see title depending if you use plex or not
Lets talk about the review page. For some reason its width is 400px! 2 lines of review you read them in 2 paragraphs. Why?
I try to write a review in a 2x2 box. Can someone have sense to make it full page or something, what is the purpose of being like that?

Agreed. Iāve got a full 4K screen on my laptop. Itās infuriating when the width isnāt used properly.

Do I want to view trakt on my telephone - definitely not.
My posts are about the trakTV website. Thereās no justification for the website to have teeny tiny narrow-widths and 2-line input boxes.

Trakt has always been a websiteā¦ At least until V3.
A website is way better than an app at helping to view watched data.
- More adjustable area.
- Everything available at a glance (at least it used to be)
- The ability to use the mouse scroller to go up and downā¦ Not side to side.
And guess whatā¦ The Trakt app is not the best either. There has been apps available for YEARS that work better than V3.
- They even used to show possible apps on the site to see if one would fit your needs.

Iād appreciate some help just in case what I am experiencing is user error. I use (used) personal lists extensively but am experiencing two major issues.

I rely heavily on the CSV export functionality, one of the main reasons I have paid for VIP, but I can no longer see how to do this.

In addition to movie and tv lists, I have several people lists (actors, actresses, etc). In the app I can still review these lists (but not export to CSV), but on the website those lists now show as empty!
Surely I am missing something???
Thereās also a massive movement in tech circles away from creating apps. They realized that itās much easier to code a website for mobile browsing, rather than trying to support both an app and a website, and not doing either one justice. Shame that Trakt has chosen the opposite approach from the massive app exodus in the rest of the tech world.
