Trakt says my email is invalid, re-enter and it says that email is already in use

See above, trying to activate an add on and it’s logging me on as Jarvis?

Maybe contact the add-on developer?

Might be signing on with a different account. I see here that “jarvisxxxx” is also the user of the OP. If the original email is giving an error, trakt support could possibly sort it out.
