Unable to add item to list through website or Android app

This started today sometime. When I try to add an item to a list, I get either a “doh, you can’t add that item to you list” or it adds it but it doesn’t go to the list, and when I later go back to the item, it is once again not marked as being on any lists.

I’m having a similar issue but I can’t remove things from my list.
