Somehow my wife’s TV list has disappeared, she must have deleted it somehow. Is there an undelete anywhere or recover lists etc?
Unfortunately no, there isn’t a way to recover a deleted list. If you’re using an app to manage, it might be possible to re-sync the list back to Trakt.
