If your account is 8 or more years old you’ll have 10 lists, so it sounds like you’ll keep your four lists + have access to 6 more if/when your VIP subscription ends. You can double check your ‘earned’ list count in Advanced Settings. Additionally, any items you add over the 100 item limit will stick around if/when your subscription ends, but you won’t be able to add new ones without reducing below 100 first.
