Visibility into Reported Content

Short description of the issue

  • Cannot view reported content in V3 like we could in V2.

Detailed description with additional context about the workflow

  • In V2, I could go to https://trakt.tv/settings/reports to see the status of reports I had made. It seems there is no equivalent in V3. I have submitted a few metadata update reports that have not been processed after a week. I cannot see if they are still pending or if I need to submit a new request. Submitting new requests is problematic though because we often get a message that we already reported the show or episode preventing a new submission. This prevents us from submitting other corrections for the same item. We need more visibility and transparency into the reports we submit. Given my own recent experience with updates not being made after a week, it would be helpful to know if they are getting processed at all and what the expected turnaround time is.

:label: Tag your post with new and/or classic, along with the platform (eg: iOS, android, web) to help us assist you faster.

No plans right now to bring this page back. Not a bad idea, just unfortunately low priority. When you report and choose “data refresh”, that should automatically queue the item for a refresh. Otherwise it goes to the moderation queue for us to look at. We are currently overhauling some of our backend tools, so once those are the reports will get closed faster.

Thanks. The requests I submitted that I was curious about the status of are not refresh requests. Usually metadata updates - more often then not when the wrong air time is set on Trakt.
