I was manually adding to my collection and when I moved to the 2019 War of the Worlds series, it only has 3 episodes listed. We’re into Season 2 now.
How do we add the missing episodes?

There are two WotW series that came out in 2019. Sounds like you are looking at the BBC version. It was a 3 episode miniseries.
