Where is the follow button to follow any users? there used to be a follow button near the user profile, now it’s gone? How to follow other users now?

This should be fixed now. Looks like you were caught in a spam filter and banned from filtering a while ago due to following too many accounts in a short amount of time. The system still has checks in place, but will automatically unban after a period of time now.
