Where is the rate in the new UI?

I can’t find the rating red stars in the new UI…

I was also looking for how to rate a movie, and couldn’t find it. The stars did show up for me to rate it, but only after I marked the movie as watched - not sure if that’s intentional or not, maybe it’s to ensure that only people who watched something actually rate it

that might be what it is, i pulled up a movie i havent seen yet and it doesnt give me the option to rate it. its the same for episodes i havent seen yet but if i go to one i have seen then the stars appear for rating

to add to this, it seems to only be that way in the web version. on the ios mobile app the stars appear for episodes or movies that I haven’t watched yet which will allow me to rate them
