Why no add/import from tmdb in new UI? :(

  • no link available to add/import shows from TMDB anymore in this new UI

  • in old UI, i can add a show using import function that allow to add existing TMDB/IMDB data in to trakt

for now what they prefer is to report the show you want to import here in the forums and they will work to import it. They’re trying to reduce the number of duplicates and bad entries based on the entries made at TMDb. In some cases, shows may use an older data source but they will let you know once you report it here

Create a post here on the forum with the link to TMDB. You’ll also need to ensure there is either a TVDB ID or IMDB ID set for the show/movie.

You’ll want to use the show/movie name in the title.
