Whenever I refresh the page (for the last maybe 2 days, maybe 1 1/2)… The Up Next section doesn’t load, just the spinning arrow thing going endlessly.
Endlessly or do you just have to wait a few secs. Because that happens when you logged a bunch on another device.
endless… hasn’t shown the info for about two days now…
written on mobile, apologies for grammer/typos
You should try resetting your browser data here:
https://trakt.tv/settings/advanced
I didn’t know that was available… I clicked it about 10ish minutes ago and it ‘claims’ it’s still caching… so I know I have a lot stuff, but how long should it take? (I’ve got time, but just curious)
–Edit–
As a test, I refreshed the main window and get the same results as the screenshot in the original post. (I did the cache thing in another tab). I think I’m going to give it another 5-10 minutes and then I’ll do a force cache dump for the site to ‘start fresh’ and run the re-cache again… in case there’s maybe an image/file that’s borking everything up. I also tried to view the page in another Chrome (guest) profile that has no extensions or anything to conflict and got same results.
Please check the browser console and see if any errors are listed. A data reset should only take a few seconds, not five minutes.
I will check to see if there any errors being reported for the Up Next section specifically.
@Archigos I pushed a potential fix for this, please let me know if it works now.
I force refreshed again and it took about 2-3 seconds and popped right up… was even faster on a normal refresh after that.
Ok great! Glad it’s working now.
There is one error, 2 deprecations and 4 warnings in the Console though…
But yeah, it loaded fine the way it always used to.
Yeah, those warnings won’t break anything and the error might be related to another browser plugin.
Not surprised, I have a few like TamperMonkey that mess with some sites (not this one though)… also, for the heck of it, I ran that Advanced Cache fix thing again… took about 5-10 seconds and told me it was a success without just sitting there endless
Yeah, it was the same bug affecting both areas.
