App working, website = 502s

@support – For the past week the website has been returning 502 bad gateway errors. The app is working fine - via both phone and app(dot)trakt(dot)tv. The settings page was returning a 500 error for a few days, but just today started doing the 502, as well.

First noticed when I was creating my first list on Trakt after using it for a few months. The moment I added a second film when the page reloaded it was giving a 502.

I have since removed the list via the app to see what (if any) changes might result. Didn’t think it would magically fix things, but figured it was worth a shot.

edit: cleared cache, nothing, browsing history, nothing (both at “advanced” level) – did two restarts and on the second one things ironed themselves out apparently; website back up and working again.

Should also note that I was checking the trakt status page to see if there was anything widespread going on (there wasn’t) as it was nothing but green and 99%+ for all so figured it had to be something on my end.

Which web browser is giving you the 502 errors? One thing to try is resetting the Trakt cookies in your browser. That will force you to sign in again and might clear the error. My theory is there is a corrupted browser cookie causing the issue.
