Just an idea, but what do you think about adding a badge for the staff on the forum? it could be labelled as “staff” or “mod” or “admin” etc… I feel like it would make it much easier for users to identify at first glance, the staff responding/commenting/instructing in the forum…something like below…or any other type of identifier that would make it easy to know who they are.
