Calendar only shows placeholders instead of banners

For a while now, my calendar only shows placeholders instead of banners:

Any other image type shows fine, but I prefer banners because they’re small.

How can I get the banners back? I already logged out and deleted the cache, didn’t change anything.

do you have any ad blockers or privacy blockers enabled for the site? those may stop some content from appearing.

Retried it with blockers switched off, also with a different browser, both unsuccessfully.

Try logging in in a private window on the browser (ctrl + shift + n in Brave). It’s more than likely messed up cache if nothing has changed on your device or network. If the private window works then it is just cache issues and you can clear it if not done already of just wait it out to fix itself. Unless of course it’s a Trackt UI issue but I doubts it that.

As I said in the original post, I already deleted my cache.
Also tried a private browser window, logged in and had the same issue.

Maybe I am missing something because I don’t understand the issue.
First pic is the banners, which look like yours, and second pic is thumbs.

It wouldn’t have anything to do with most artwork coming from TMDb? They have backdrops, posters and logos but don’t have banners, so Trakt is filling in with placeholders?

Yes, that is exactly my problem. In the past there were actual show banner and sometimes even movie banner artworks in banner mode. Now they are not showing anymore.

Did they switch to tmdb for artwork resources?
Why would they do that when tmdb doesn’t offer banners?

Ok, I get it. I never used banners before.
So it looks like a bug or no longer supported feature, not anything wrong with your data.

I assumed that’s where they come from since everything else does now. I know tvdb has banners but they stopped using it a good while ago

Well that sucks, thanks for clearing that up though.
